SHIPPING

We are happy to offer complimentary shipping on all purchases within the US. Once your order is placed, we will be in touch regarding shipping details. All shipments are insured for the full value of the package and require a signature upon delivery.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled.

SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

Online orders are not eligible for returns.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for store credit, please return your item within 5 business days of receipt for a full credit (less $75 shipping & handling fee). The day the item is signed for counts as business day 1. The item(s) being exchanged MUST be shipped to us in as-purchased condition in order to receive store credit.

To initiate an exchange, you must notify us first at support@robinhancock.jewelry before shipping the item back to us. We will provide you with the proper return label and detailed shipping instructions via email, as required by insurance.

Items purchased online may be exchanged in person at our store, but must be done so within 5 business days upon receipt in order to receive a credit. Custom orders are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges cannot be accepted after 5 business days.
